Calendars

Where wan I find the calendars?

To access to calendar click on events at the top of the page. It will lead you directly to calendar. The page will display by defaul the year 's events. You can sort events by month or week by clicking on the buttons which you will find above the calendar.  You can also search for a precise event. If you want to consider only one category, click on the catedory you are interested in under the calendar.

What will I see on the Calendar ?

Well all depends on your status. If you are unregistered or a basic registered user you will have access to General VAMDC meetings, Project reviews, Science meetings, Training meetings, Regional meetings. The VAMDC project members will have the same access plus  the other  planned internal VAMDC meetings.

How can I create or edit an event ?

These rights are reserved only to people in charge of events in the VAMDC project. So if you are one of them send a mail to the administration team and he should give you the rights.

Information :

A lot of events of the VAMDC project have been already entered on the calendar but on the major part of these events there is no description, no correct date, and there are maybe some errors. So if your are an organizer of events please ask for the rights to the administration team. Then you should check that the events you organize are created, if yes don't hesitate to edit it.
